But when they posted that the subject of an embarrassing Meme was suing Instagram for $500 million, blogs and publications the world over went ahead and ran with it.

Within 24 hours of the photo being posted on the Stockton Police Department's Facebook, Meeks' glamour shot had received over 23,000 likes and nearly 6,000 comments... as of this writing those numbers are up to over 87,000 likes and over 11,300 comments.
