[D]espite its weaknesses, it's still easy to see the appeal of a lens like this.

Well, it's impossible not to highly recommend this Sigma 300-600mm f/4 DG OS Sports.
All well, it's great to see this excellent Viltrox lens working so very well over on Nikon Z-mount too. It's working perfectly really and it's as sharp as ever.
Wow, well overall the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM Z is simply a stellar optic, right up there with the very best 70-200mm options in the world, and it's easily the best 70-200 Canon themselves have ever made.
The lens simply has to come highly recommended.
[T]he Sony FE 400-800mm f/6.3-8 G OSS lens is one that any wildlife photographer would be pretty happy to have in an arsenal.
It's very sharp with great contrast and it's also useful for astrophotography work.
Apart from that little niggle, though, this is virtually the perfect portrait lens: bucket loads of sharpness, great build quality, no vignetting at all, a brilliant close shooting ability, and most of all, simply incredible bokeh.
[I]t's a wonderful lens that I have no problem at all recommending.
It is the best professional first standard zoom lens on the market today without a doubt, and it's actually kind of worth its huge asking price in my opinion [...]
All the usual image quality problems are here, but thankfully there's nothing too egregious going on to spoil the party.
Now don't get me wrong, the Sony a1 II could well be the best flagship camera on the planet today. It really is a dream come true in virtually every way, and I can't get enough of it, and neither will you if you end up buying one.
[T]he lens is frankly spectacular and noticeably better than the original 28 one, although the 28 is by no means bad.
[...] I was seriously impressed with this Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di III VXD Macro lens. Their 90mm macro options have always been good enough, but this one raises the bar by offering excellent image quality and good functionality at a very reasonable price indeed.
Anyway, I can conclude overall that while it has its flaws, this is still probably one of the best low-budget 85mm lenses on the market today.
This really is one of the best cameras available today.
[T]he Viltrox AF 135mm f/1.8 LAB is a truly excellent portrait lens.
The Fujifilm GF 500mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR lens comes highly recommended without a moment's hesitation, and it's great to see Fujifilm diversifying their GF lens range in such an exciting way.
If medium format is what you want and you don't need high shooting speeds or 8K video footage, then this camera easily comes recommended.
[T]his might not be a perfect camera lens, but it certainly is good and extremely useful, not to mention enjoyable to use, and I can imagine wedding photographers and photojournalists finding it very helpful.
[T]his lens may be very expensive, but Sony have achieved what they set out to do, essentially make the best 85mm optic in existence, and they pretty much win the prize for that.
[T]his is certainly Fuji's best kit lens and considering it can be had for $400 it's actually capable of impressive sharpness.
For those within this thing's niche, the Sigma fp L could make itself really quite useful. Those looking for a more general purpose camera with lots of features or something more friendly for beginners should look elsewhere.
[T]he test results are good despite the extreme nature of this lens, and the Canon RF 24-105mm f/2.8 L IS USM Z is quite frankly destined to become one of those truly legendary optics, just like the RF 28-70mm F2 or the old EF 50mm f/1.0 from 1989.
