It’s a really good stills camera, it’s a really, really good video camera, but the thing it excels at it switching back and forth between being both. We’re not sure there’s another camera that offers such a strong combination.

In terms of image quality and performance, the X-T4 is a stellar camera, just like its predecessor. Image quality is fantastic at both low and higher ISOs, with the X-T4 again showing impressive high ISO performance for an APS-C camera.

In fact, it might be the closest anyone has come in this price range. Because in almost every other category, it's either as good as the competition, or better.

The FUJIFILM X-T4 is currently the best APS-C camera that can shoot video in the market (and in all honesty, with its functionality and picture quality it can easily challenge many of the more expensive full-frame mirrorless cameras out there).

Most of the improvements to the X-T4 are aimed at the hybrid still and video shooter. I wouldn't hesitate to say this is the best camera on the market right now for anyone who frequently switches between still and video capture.

Sure, the X-T4 is a little bit bigger and heavier than the X-T3, but we'd definitely trade that slight loss of portability for the greater shooting flexibility that IBIS provides for both stills and video.

The 2018 Fujifilm X-T3 was such a great camera that it was hard to find any fault with it at all. The only thing it lacked that we really wanted was in-body image stabilization, and the X-T4 has it.
