Now, overall, it's a super fun camera to have and definitely you can see such a vast improvement from the original R8.

[I]t's a really nice lens, definitely a good one to consider, and lovely to see it as Sony's first E-mount fisheye lens, too.
I think the speed and the length that you get from this lens is really impressive. A 600 equivalent that shoots down to 4.5, so you can really throw out that background.
All in all, to be honest, I'm quite impressed with it, and I really enjoyed using it.
And those who value the experience of image making in its purest form, well, the BF could well prove to be a breath of fresh air.
I think both lenses are both incredible additions to Canon's amazing L range and to be honest with you, their RF range in general.
[T]his has been a really fun camera to use and ultimately I think that's all that matters.
If you want to have a camera as a backup camera or even as a travel camera or as an everyday carry and take advantage of what a full-frame sensor can do, I don't think you can go far wrong with an R8 and 24 to 105.

I think if you're looking for the option of having a super long telly zoom then this is a really good choice.
To summarize it all, I think this lens is super unique.
[U]ltimately, I'm extremely impressed.
[I] genuinely love it. I think the price point is ludicrous.
[T]o be able to get pretty much the same shot out of this guy that they could get with their million-dollar rigs was super cool to do.
It is an amazing camera just like its predecessor was. It is a camera that I think tries to compromise as little as possible over its bigger brother, the A7R V.
So all in all, I really really enjoy this camera. Fantastic for video creators as well.
Well, from a construction point of view, it is fantastic.
[T]he size, the dimensions, and so far all the choices that have been made to design this camera to make it as joyful to shoot have been spot on.
So considering the form factor and everything it can do, I really enjoyed shooting with this.
[T]his is a significantly better lens.
Honestly, I do think it's a wonderful camera.
