Peak Design is expanding its electronics offering to what it describes as “one of the most overlooked categories of everyday carry:” charging accessories. To that end, it has announced a travel battery, charger, braided cable, and a wireless charging station.

“Somewhere along the way, we accepted that the electronics we use every day should be cheap, disposable and just good enough. We think that’s absurd,” Peak Design Founder and CEO Peter Dering says. “We didn’t set out to make another collection of chargers and cables. We set out to show just how much better these everyday products could be.”

The company built its new charging accessories around the idea of “fewer, better things,” it says. To do so, it combined premium materials, better functionality, and its well-known design chops in a series of premium charging tools.

The Wireless Travel Battery is what Peak Design calls the world’s first Qi2.3-certified wireless charger. Measuring 10.5mm thick and with a capacity of 5,000mAh, this magnetic battery delivers 15W of wireless charging on battery power which jumps to 25W when the battery is plugged into power. Thanks to an integrated kickstand, it doubles as a phone stand when its user is on the road.

The Wireless Charging Station 2-in-1 is designed for the home base and has two Qi2.2 magnetic charging pads, each delivering up to 25W of power. Peak Design points out that unlike other similar stations, it can charge two phones simultaneously and can go even further with a USB-C port that can charge accessories like earbuds or a smart watch. While it’s more made for a home base, it does fold flat so that it can travel with a user.

Another option in the line is the Dual Slim Charger which Peak Design says is meant to replace bulky charging bricks. It is a half-inch thick charger that delivers up to 65W through two USB-C ports, which intelligently distribute power between whatever is plugged into them. The prongs fold flat so that it can easily fit into a bag, such as the Peak Design Tech Pouch.

Finally, Peak Design also announced what it calls its UltraStrand Cables, which feature braided construction and slim USB-C connectors. These are available in 60W or 240W options, and the latter supports USB4 speeds up to 40Gbps.

Peak Design backs all four of these new charging accessories with its lifetime guarantee, with two-year battery performance coverage, too.

The Wireless Kickstand Travel Battery ($99.95) and Wireless Charging Station 2-in-1 ($99.95) come in Black and Moon colors. The Dual Slim Charger ($64.95) and UltraStrand Cables ($24.95–$39.95) come in Black. All four accessories launch today and global availability is expected by mid-November.
