Good
The Instax Pal 2 is a compact, retro-styled camera that prioritizes a tactile, multi-sensory shooting experience for capturing spontaneous moments. Although it features a unique design with both optical and waist-level viewfinders, it suffers from significant shutter lag, limited battery life, and underwhelming image quality.

- PetaPixel 6.5/10
The Instax Pal 2 does feel like a throw-away toy camera in some ways, but it also feels like something you would be less inclined to forget about.

The instax Pal 2 is a compact, fun camera designed to take everywhere and capture and share spontaneous moments.
-
The Instax Pal 2 is the cutest camera that I've ever shot with. This tiny camera still manages to pack in an optical viewfinder and a top-placed screen that can double as a waist-level finder, not to mention a dial and lever.

A dinky and retro design, audible and tactile controls, vintage-look photos, plus wireless image uploads and easy sharing — it’s easy to love lots of things about the Instax Pal 2. However, frustrating shutter lag, poor battery life and a lofty price tag are less welcome.
