Shake Adds a Free Image and Model Release Form You Can Fill Out and Sign On a Smartphone

Easy-to-use legal document app Shake has long offered a number of cookie cutter agreements that make it easy for photographers and other creatives/freelancers to get the signed paperwork they need to get the job done.

And as of today, they’re adding to their offerings with a new image and model release template that will be particularly useful for photographers.

On the legal side, Shake’s new Image Release form grants full rights to the photographer to use and edit the model’s image, full rights to the photographer to sell the model’s image, and has the model release the photographer for any claims arising in connection with the images.

As with any template in Shake, these new templates allow for easy-altering and simple signing from within the app itself. And, in addition to the signature, these two new templates also let you attach a photo to the document via your smartphone’s camera or camera roll.

By including this, Shake hopes it will be easier to see at a glance whose paperwork you’re dealing with, especially when you’re working with multiple models/documents.
