The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in the United Kingdom has sentenced the first criminal as part of its new Online Safety Act that outlawed sending unsolicited photos of genitalia, otherwise known as "cyberflashing."
Controversial photographer John "Jock" Sturges has pled guilty to sexual misconduct for actions he took when he was 28-years old with a child under the age of 16.

The talk show The View just did an exclusive interview with three of the male models who have publicly accused famous fashion photographers Bruce Weber and Mario Testino of sexual misconduct. The models spoke about their experiences and the current state of the fashion photography industry.
