A recent factory tour reveals some of the steps that Fujifilm takes to hand-assemble its huge XF 150-600mm f/5.6-8 R LM OIS WR lens.

Fujifilm has announced a new 30mm f/2.8 Macro lens that features a 1:1 magnification ratio and a close focusing distance of just 3.94 inches (10 centimeters) from the sensor.

The Viltrox AF 13mm f/1.4 STM lens slots neatly into an existing range of Viltrox primes for APS-C cameras, a focal length that is notably absent from Fujifilm directly. The 13mm, which is equivalent to 20mm on 35mm full-frame, is fairly wide and works well for landscapes or architecture, especially for the low price of $429.

I think lens decisions are even more of a personal choice than the camera system. In the 30 days I had to use the Fujinon XF 90mm f/2.0 R LM OIS, I learned a lot about the capabilities of this lens and was also reminded about my personal preferences in creating photos.
