I think that this is going to be Nikon's most important camera to date in their mirrorless lineup, yeah, even over the Z6 II and Z7 II, because this has some really, really wide range appeal in the marketplace.

This is obviously a very good camera for vlogging; it has that tilt out screen that we all know and love so well at this point, so it's nice to be able to go in there and be able to shoot some video in this fashion, so it's pretty, pretty neat there.
I'd probably still buy the Canon EOS 90D over the 7D Mark II for most uses. I still think that's gonna be the better—this is gonna be the better way to go.
[I]t would definitely be worth it to go to this camera.
So if you're looking for a camera around this $500-$600 price range, I still think that this Nikon is going to be the way to go.
So all in all, pretty solid camera.
Who is this camera for? If you're doing sports, basically if you're doing sports and you don't want to spend $6,500 on a camera body, this is the perfect camera for you.
[I]f you're going to be purchasing this camera, I'd highly recommend buying this body only.
Yeah, all in all, not a bad camera.
So all in all though, I still say this camera is a good upgrade.
They announced the Sony a5100 and my first reaction was, "Wow, that was kind of soon," but after I looked at the specs, I realized that the awesome thing about this camera is the fact that it's 90% of what you get in an a6000 but in a smaller and lighter and less expensive body.
This camera did a very, very good job.
I might even buy one of these; I like it quite a bit actually.
All in all, I would say this is a very, very good camera. There's really not anything negative to say about it.
[T]his is definitely not a camera that's going to appeal to a wide range of users, but for what it's designed to do, I feel like it does a really good job.
[I]f you are the type of person that you're you just basically want a lot of features and the best image quality but you don't want to go to a larger DSLR like the 7000 or 7100, then that's basically where this camera comes in.
The biggest thing about this camera, I used to think that the Canon, that the entry-level Canon Rebels like the T3 felt cheap, well, this makes the T3 feel like a 60D or D7000. This feels really, really cheap.
Know what it is you're taking a photograph of, so if you're just starting out or if you just want to use this as a point and shoot camera and get really good quality photos, that ability to adjust settings dynamically in the auto mode actually works out very well.
This seems to be the closest thing to that though, so but anyways, if you're looking for a pro-level body, my recommendation is still to start looking towards full frame, although this is not a bad camera as you are just about to find out as we go ahead and take a closer look.
If you have the extra money, by all means go ahead and get the Nikon D5200 though; you'll be very, very happy with it.
[I]t's a very, very solid camera.
Personally, this camera is a little small for me, but for those starting out, it's going to be going to do very, very well.
