If you do not want all of this, and what it offers, then go for something else that is less expensive.

If I would still have a DSLR this definitely would be my lens! There may be other 12mm FF lenses out, but I did not find one.
Sure, we lose out on creature comforts of an LCD, JPEG shooting, having a menu, video, etc but we also gain something we just can not get in digital imaging anywhere else…and that is a TRUE film like shooting experience without shooting film.
The LUMIX GX8 is a relatively perfect camera. It’s feature set is stunning and more so the fact, that everything simply works as it should. From the view point of a street photographer this cam is a no brainer.
I love the Panasonic GX85.
[T]his camera can handle it.
As someone who takes photos every single day without fail, I’m glad the X-Pro 2 is quickly becoming my go-to camera.
The SL is without question the best digital camera from Leica I have ever used. In fact, and this is a HUGE statement, it is my favorite camera I have ever tested and it knocked my Sony A7RII to #2.
In the meantime, I’ll have my EOS M in hand, capturing fantastic videos and photos and having a blast.
The Nikon 1 J5 is a highly capable, intuitively controllable compact mirrorless camera.
[T]he newest RX100, or what I call it, “the Super Pocket Rocket 100” (RX100 IV) is a real deal masterpiece of a point and shoot.
The Leica Q is a great camera… Even at it’s price. Even though it’s not a rangefinder.
For now, I will say the Q is the best mirrorless fixed lens camera made today if IQ, beauty and simplicity are at the top of your list.
You have to LOVE and ADORE the art of B&W shooting to plunk down this kind of cash for a B&W only camera but if you do, you will NOT be disappointed in this new MM.
I really enjoyed my quick couple of weeks with the Sony 90 Macro and I am confident that anyone who loves to shoot Macro and owns a Sony A7 system camera, well, you will adore it.
The new E-M5II is the latest camera in the Olympus Micro 4/3 lineup and it is quite a powerhouse. Olympus has “done it again” and not sure how they keep innovating but they do.
[I]f you are asking for my recommendation, I would tell you unequivocally, yes buy it!
The DP Quattro is about one thing and one thing only…making memories in decent light with the best quality possible in this size and format for under $1000.
While I am not raving about how it is the best thing since sliced bread, I am very happy with the camera and feel it is indeed the best APS-C NEX type of camera to date and one of the best if not the best APS-C cameras available.
I have to hand it to Fuji, they kicked ass with this release and to me, it is the best APS-C camera solution on the market today. if you are a Fuji fan, this one is a no brainer.
I like the camera – a lot – though that may be partly an emotional response for this older wannabe hipster. As all others, it is a mass-produced tool, and thus not perfect for anybody.
The bottom line though is that the Sony RX10 is fantastic if you are into one camera, one lens and simple versatility.
I am anti-flash even though I know it is good to have on some occasions. But as an enthusiast and a passionate photographer who has seen it all and used them all, I can say with confidence that the OM-D E-M1 is one of the best cameras “as a whole” that I have ever reviewed.
I found the GX7 to be the best Panasonic Micro 4/3 made to date. Nice build, nice size, nice weight, great EVF that tilts up and down for more versatility and the touch screen LCD with all of the modern speed you can ask for.
