Nature Photography Benefit with Thousands of Dollars in Giveaways Will Livestream on Sunday

The North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA) will host its annual half-day event, NANPA LIVE, on Saturday, November 7, 2026, offering a free global livestream from 3:00 to 6:00 PM PT that includes giveaways worth thousands of dollars.

The giveaways are free to enter. No purchase or donation necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, 18 or older. Entries close Saturday, November 7, at 5:50 PM PT. Official Rules.

Nature photography enthusiasts worldwide can tune in without prior registration via YouTube, Facebook, or the organization’s website. For those unable to watch the initial broadcast live, the full recording will remain accessible on YouTube and the NANPA website afterward.

The program highlights major achievements across the field, featuring presentations from distinguished photographers Lynda Richardson, Dave Showalter, and Robert Glenn Ketchum. Throughout the afternoon, NANPA will present its 2026 Career and Service Awards, share stories from the Nature Photography Foundation, and offer an exclusive preview of the upcoming NANPA Summit 2027 in Savannah, Georgia. The event culminates in the live reveal of the 2027 NANPA Showcase winning images.

“NANPA LIVE puts a whole year of nature photography on one stage, from the people we’re honoring to the NANPA Showcase winners nobody has seen yet,” said Thomas Maddrey, who leads NANPA as CEO of ASMP. “Keeping it free to watch and free to enter means anyone who loves this work can be part of the afternoon.”

Maddrey emphasizes that keeping the broadcast entirely free allows anyone who loves nature photography to participate in celebrating the community’s work.

“Seeing this community come together is inspiring, and we want everyone to come and be part of this celebration. Win prizes, support the Nature Photography Foundation, and see some incredible images and presentations all in one place,” ASMP COO Melanie Porter adds.

Alongside the program, legal U.S. residents aged 18 and older can enter a free giveaway featuring thousands of dollars in prizes contributed by NANPA and its industry partners. Prize draws will occur in four sets live during the broadcast, though winners will also be notified via email within 24 hours. Entries remain open online until 5:50 PM PT on Saturday.

NANPA LIVE directly benefits the Nature Photography Foundation, an organization that funds conservation grants, educational initiatives, and college photography scholarships. To support these programs, an online silent auction runs through Sunday, November 15, at 6:00 PM PT. Auction lots feature signed fine art prints and books from renowned photographers Art Wolfe, Joel Sartore, and Thomas D. Mangelsen, as well as an exclusive spot in a sold-out New Mexico hummingbird photography workshop and a VIP package for two to the 2027 Savannah Summit. Direct donations are also welcomed through the foundation’s giving page.
