Viltrox has delivered an impressive piece of equipment - again. The Viltrox AF 27mm f/1.2 XF Pro is sharp at f/1.2 and great at medium aperture settings.

If you don’t mind a slightly larger lens, however, then the Viltrox Pro AF 27mm F1.2 is going to be a new favorite that you may have a hard time taking off your camera.

The Viltrox AF 27/1.2 PRO is a great, very well-built, feature-rich lens that produces extremely sharp images at all apertures, everywhere in the frame.

It has superb build quality, sublime handling, a super-fast f/1.2 aperture and delivers fabulous image quality and all-round performance. But there’s extra wow-factor in the price tag.

The Viltrox 27mm F1.2 Pro might come from a value brand, but it's worthy of its Pro moniker. The APS-C prime impresses us with its outdoor-ready construction, a quality set of on-barrel controls, and of course, excellent resolution and rendering wide open.

With the 75mm and the 27mm f/1.2 from Viltrox, these Pro lenses, we finally have G Master quality lenses on APS-C bodies. You cannot do any better than these lenses, they are wonderful.

If you want a lens that gives you a slightly wider than normal field of view, lets in a ton of light, and delivers amazing image quality for less than $600, I don't think you're going to find a better lens for the Fuji X mount system.

So with the Viltrox 27mm, you're getting an insanely sharp lens that produces one of the cleanest looking images that I've seen for the Fujifilm X-mount.
