This is the perfect camera for somebody who's looking to maybe upgrade from their first real camera to their second, and they can't afford to jump into a full-frame video production camera or a cinema camera yet.
Yeah, but honestly, the Nikon Z30 image quality wise, I think is better at photography than video.
For photography, this camera is solid for both beginners or more seasoned shooters that love Nikon's RAW files that just have a natural look to them that they can edit and post.
Yes, it has quirks, but if you're willing to creatively look past those and figure out ways around them, then you're going to get insane results with this thing, and it's not going to break the bank as much.
My opinion is this camera is decent; it's pretty good for beginners, intermediate shooters for the price.
In a world of the same old same old when it comes to cameras, this one pushes a few things forward and it gets me excited for the future.
Like you're getting crazy quality for less than two thousand dollars, it's pretty sick.
I've been shooting with the GH5 for 3 years now and I love the quality, but just having this autofocus and this color as good as it is just out of the camera, yeah dude, it makes me consider not having 4K 60 or higher bit rates or all that stuff.
I think it lives up to the hype and I would definitely recommend it.
