[T]here is a place for it in the Leica M series of cameras, especially for those who want to be more precise with their compositions or perhaps people new to the Leica M system coming from something like the SL or Q series or any other mirrorless camera for that matter.
It is a very solid good camera, but I don't think there's enough new here to really make a punchy impact on the market.
It is just a plain, simple, little camera that gives you every single choice in terms of how you want your picture to look, from super nostalgic, which I really like on this, like the little nostalgic filter is magic.
After shooting with this camera this morning and of course you guys watching the video up to this point, it should come as no surprise when I tell you that this is one amazing camera.
For any guys out there shooting a run and gun, needing a light setup, something a little bit more affordable than the G Master 2 but still need professional quality, check out the Sony FE 24-50mm f/2.8 G.
It's a 300mm f/2.8 GM OSS G Master, it's one of the best lenses they've ever made, it's phenomenal.
It is absolutely what you expect from a Canon L-series professional standard lens, but that's not what's interesting about this lens, not at all.
Yeah it's expensive, it's very expensive, but it's good.
The Leica SL2, the high megapixel, extreme quality, just optical brilliance, that is where this type of thing shines. And for me today, oh, I wouldn't have any other camera with me shooting in a location like this.

This is not the best camera that you're ever going to have, it really, really isn't. There's better cameras out there, there's better cameras in Fuji's own lineup, but this really fills a gap, a very, very sweet spot.
Yeah, so if you're a person that is not completely ready for mirrorless and you prefer the bigger bodies and the proper feel of a DSLR, this is definitely going to hit you in the right spot.

In essence, we use it's an amazing camera.
I have to say that in terms of the sheer raw performance that you get out of it and we're talking about burst speed, autofocus, how it tracks, that kind of thing, it is absolutely phenomenal. It does the job like it's nobody's business.
I've had the camera for about 8 days now, but the weather's been really, really bad in Cape Town, and this is the first time I've taken the camera out of my cupboard at home and actually used it, and so far I've been pretty impressed, just all around.
