The Winners of the BIPP’s National Print Competition

BIPP's National Print Competition

The British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) has announced the winners of its 2022 Photography Print Competition. These annual awards highlight 15 categories including the organization’s Photographer of the Year title.

The BIPP says that it is the longest-running photography organization in the world and aims to promote professional photography and support its members through a “challenging qualification structure” to ensure that people and organizations use a qualified BPP photographer.

The organization calls its internationally recognized competition the pinnacle of its year’s activities for members which gives professional photographers the opportunity to share their work with peers and the wider public. It also serves to showcase the photographic skills of the membership.

The competition features 15 categories in addition to the title of BIPP Photographer of the Year, which this year was awarded to Su Kaye for her dog portrait titled “Things are Looking Up,” shown above. The photo also was awarded as the winner of the Domesticated Animal Photographer of the Year category.
