Want to take your Photoshop skills to the next level but not sure where to start? Well, you’re in luck, because the Photoshop Virtual Summit II is just around the corner. It’s an online event that will offer 5 days of free Photoshop training by some of the world’s top experts.
The Adobe-sponsored event is being put on by Photoshop instructor Dave Cross, who has been training photographers and retouchers for over two decades now. After holding the first summit back in April, Cross is gearing up to hold an even bigger event.
Photoshop Virtual Summit II will feature over 30 hours of classes from 20 instructors, including Ben Willmore, Colin Smith, Dave Cross, Matt Kloskowski, Lisa Carney, Glyn Dewis, Anya Anti, Corey Barker, Blake Rudis, Kristina Sherk, Mark Heaps, and Sebastian Michaels.
Classes will cover a wide range of subjects geared toward all levels of Photoshop users, from newbies to pros. Topics include The Logic of Adjustments, Photoshop Lighting Techniques, Creative Texture Blending, Workflow Efficiency, Intro to Color Management, Advanced Selections and Masking, Practical Actions & Automation, Layers Beyond the Basics, Frequency Separation for Beginners, Photoshop Power Session, Introduction to Lab Color, and more.
What’s great, especially if you’re on a tight budget, is that all the training is completely free during the live classes and for 48 hours afterward. If you miss the Summit and/or would like to enjoy the training more slowly on your own time, there are also optional $147 VIP passes that will provide you with lifetime access to class recordings, notes, and downloadable files.
