Reviewer Consensus

Good

The Laowa 10mm f/4 Cookie is a remarkably compact and well-built ultra-wide lens that delivers excellent center sharpness and minimal distortion. While its tiny frame makes it an ideal travel companion, the lens suffers from heavy vignetting and lacks electronic communication or weather sealing.

While the 10mm f/4 Cookie lens is small, useful, and fun, it doesn't stand out as exceptional in any particular way.

Outside of that however besides a little bit of softness in the extreme corners I think that the lens performs quite well and I think that the great advantage here is that you can get really good image quality and such a compact package.

The only real issue with this Laowa lens is its very heavy vignetting, which is admittedly easy to crack in software, and its not-so-impressive work against bright light.

If you are looking for an interesting pancake lens that occupies almost no space in your backpack, has good image quality and looks cool, this is the lens to get.

[O]ptically a solid lens, suffers from vignetting and distortion, no doubt a byproduct of its incredibly small size and focal length, but hopefully an easy fix once profiles are released and a very worthwhile trade-off if you're looking for a compact ultra wide lens [...]

While it is well built, it's let down by less than ideal image quality and inaccurate scales, which we didn't go into as it might just be my copy.
