For this lens, I can simply duplicate the TS-E 90 f/2.8L's summary. If this lens and its special features are what you need (or you can make it work for your needs), it is a stellar performer in a well-built package.
-
In terms of optical performance, this is one of the best lenses you can find. Unlike Canon’s earlier TS-E lenses also in the shifted areas the image quality is impeccable.
-
The Canon range of tilt and shift lenses is unique and impressive, and without a doubt, if there is a commercial need for what they offer then they will be purchased for that purpose and the price will be acceptable.
-
Simply put, for food and product photographers, it’s a dream lens, once you get the hang of it.
-
The Canon TS-E 135mm f/4L Macro is a fantastic lens for product, technical, and fine art photography.

What a lens – in many ways the TS-E 135mm is one of the best quality lenses I’ve seriously tested.
