Reviewer Consensus
Good
The 7Artisans 60mm f/2.8 Macro Mark II provides sharp center-frame resolution and high-magnification capabilities at a budget-friendly price point. While the all-metal build is robust, the lens lacks electronic communication and features a manual-focus-only design that requires patience for general photography.

This lens is a cheap way to get some potentially nice and sharp macro images out of your mirrorless camera.
-
If you are on a seriously tight budget, go for the 7Artisans 60mm F2.8 II Macro. I enjoy using the lens, and I am generally satisfied with the results.

If you are happy to manual focus, then I would say that this is definitely the way to go. Yeah, the selling point is really is a two times magnification, which you can't really get with a lot of lenses nowadays, and in the middle it's very, very sharp.
-
[...] I think this lens is a good purchase if you can forgive the sloppy aperture ring.
-
[...] I am quite pleased with this lens.
