There may never be a better time to jump into Hasselblad digital medium format than between now and Christmas Eve. All of December, the storied brand is offering steep, thousands-of-dollars-off discounts on its H5D cameras and lenses — you can even get one for under $10,000!

Launched this last week, by far the most eye-widening deal of the bunch is being offered on the H5D-40. The 40MP medium format camera body, retail price $18,500, is currently available for $9,995.

Of course, because this discount is so large, the 40 is also back-ordered through B&H right now, but you can still get the price, you’ll just have to wait a bit longer to get your camera. Plus, the H5D-40 kit with the 80mm f/2.8 HC AF lens is In Stock, and selling for $12,495 (same amount off as the 40 body-only).

Other discounts include $4,000 off the H5D-50 (now $23,500), $4,000 off the H5D-50 kit with the 80mm f/2.8 HC AF lens (now $26,000), $6,000 off the H5D-60 (now $34,500), and the same amount off the H5D-60 kit with an 80mm f/2.8 HC AF lens (now $37,000).
