Tamron 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Lens Priced and Available for Pre-Order in the US
The much-anticipated 150-600mm f/5-6.3 lens from Tamron, which replaces its current 200-500mm, has officially gotten a US price and is now available for pre-order. As you might remember, the lens was announced back in early November, with US availability and Japan pricing going public earlier this month.
Japanese pricing had it at a US equivalent of about $1,350, but US users will actually get it cheaper than that. Still $120 more expensive than the 200-500mm before it, the lens is available for pre-order from B&H for only $1,070 in Canon, Nikon and Sony mounts.
The lens officially hits shelves in the States on January 17th, so if you do pre-order, expect it ship then.
