- PetaPixel 8/10
It is a worthwhile choice if mobile photography is of paramount importance.
-
As a value proposition, we suspect it’s going to struggle against the altogether more capable OnePlus 9. But for those looking for something a little different in a rather samey field, it’s a sleek and stylish alternative.
-
It doesn’t pack everything we wanted it to – wireless charging and far-reaching telephoto capabilities are probably the most notable missing links that held it back from end to end excellent.
-
With a good-looking design, well-rounded camera array and slick user interface, the Vivo X60 Pro is a solid jack-of-all-trades Android phone. However, it launched at the same price as some higher-spec contemporaries, making it harder to recommend.
-
[A]side from the unimpressive speaker and battery life, the Vivo X60 Pro does a lot of things right.
-
So the Vivo X60 Pro is a good buy at around $700.
-
It's topped off by a triple camera system that features gimbal stabilization on the main unit, an autofocusing ultrawide, and a classic 2x tele that no one else seems to want to make anymore.
-
The Vivo X60 Pro is a good successor to the Vivo X50 Pro, and improves in areas that the latter lacked in.
-
The main strength of the Vivo X60 Pro is its gimbal camera system, which helps stabilize videos really well. If you are someone who shoots a lot of videos, then the Vivo X60 Pro will do just fine.
-
[T]he Vivo X60 Pro is no game of two halves, it's an outright winner.
- SlashGear 8/10
The Vivo X60 Pro definitely brings an enticing blend of familiar yet exquisite design, topnotch hardware, and impressive photography chops. The ZEISS name definitely lends some weight to the lightweight smartphone and, to its great credit, it is able to deliver on that promise.
-
A very capable upper-mid-tier all-rounder with impressive video skills, but the X60 Pro faces stiff competition at this price. For a brand yet to become a household name in the UK, that’s a tough ask.
-
The X60 Pro is a confident flagship from Vivo, and one that makes interesting – and usually smart – compromises in order to accentuate its strengths.

The Vivo X60 Pro 5G represents a great value offering for those wanting a higher end phone, without the extreme high-end phone pricing.
-
There are hiccups here and there, but there are definitely things to like about the Vivo X60 Pro, even if other things could be ironed out. In short, it’s a good all-rounder for a little over a thousand.
-
We think this is a just sleek everyday phone that is well-designed and takes decent pictures and videos.
-
The Vivo X60 Pro is a good phone I have enjoyed using as my full-time handset for the past week, but unfortunately this sort of price point is definitely rather expensive for what you get in terms of the general overall experience compared with some rivals.
- WhistleOut 80/100
The Vivo X60 Pro 5G is a worthy alternative to top-tier smartphones going around now.
-
If you're a person whose primary means of taking photos is the smartphone, then the Vivo X60 Pro, even with all its faults, is still the best option for you.
- GadgetGuy 9.4/10
I can recommend this unreservedly as a $1099 cameraphone.
-
The X60 Pro is more than just a camera phone. It is an all-round smartphone with strengths across.
-
The Vivo X60 Pro is a phone that I think will find a lot of takers, simply because it is priced right. Despite not being the flagship of the series, it manages to sacrifice precious little in the end.
- Pokde.Net 8/10
All in all, the vivo X60 Pro was pretty fun to use and it feels premium. [...] I just feel that they should offer more for the price.

Sure, the battery isn't exactly the largest by today's standards, but it's more than enough as long as you’re not planning to binge on mobile games.
-
The performance is smooth, the display gave us a great experience, and the cameras are simply amazing.
-
Yes, the X60 Pro has a few pluses that my current phone doesn’t like a pretty holographic back, smoother scrolling, and even the AI image matting feature, but I still feel like those are more of wants than needs in a phone.
-
The Vivo X60 Pro is a solid phone, with plenty of great features.
-
The X60 Pro has a great design, looks and feels every bit like a premium and more expensive flagship phone and is really strong in the camera department - especially in terms of video.
-
On its own, the X60 Pro is a solid phone and if you have relied on Vivo in the past, then it is a remarkable upgrade from X50 Pro.
-
The vivo X60 Pro is a pretty great phone even without its camera, having a great battery life, a good amount of RAM (8GB) as well as being able to run some of the most popular and demanding games on the market right now.
