Reviewer Consensus

Good

Realme GT Explorer Master Edition pairs a striking vegan leather suitcase-inspired design with a vibrant 120Hz AMOLED display and rapid 65W charging. While it delivers capable daily performance and a solid main camera, the experience is hindered by inconsistent software, a lack of water resistance, and the absence of a telephoto lens.

Realme produced a mixed bag with the GT Explorer Master. The phone is fine, as is, only that the camera is where things are a bit disjointed.

The Realme GT Master Edition is a well-priced mid-ranger from the Chinese phone maker – while it doesn't stand out in terms of its performance and it lacks a few features, its pricing, screen quality and fast charging help it to stand out in this crowded market segment.

The GT Explorer Master features the standout Suitcase design we saw on the GT Master, and we're already off to a good start.

So guys these were some of the cons with this device and if we talk about the pricing of this device you can get this device for about 26,000, it starts at that price point and I feel at that price point this is a decent practical Android smartphone.

The Realme GT Master Edition does retain a lot of the great features from the standard model: a great display, big battery, solid software and fast charging speeds.

[T]he quick answer for me is of course yes but for a longer answer the processor may be a downgrade to some [...] its competitors really excel when it comes to its benchmark scores and real date usage if it is for gaming.

[T]he improved design, build quality, display, and main camera sensor far outweigh the fact that the Realme GT Explorer Master Edition makes use of a Snapdragon 870 instead of an 888 chipset [...]

From the outside, thus, the phone appears appealing and a decent choice for the dough. But when compared against the competition, it hasn’t made any masterstroke.

You can add all the way up to 7 gigabytes of internal storage, so overall very much a very capable smartphone that offers us a lot of capabilities for not so much money.

The realme GT Explore Master Edition is a very well-made phone that looks and performs like it is much more expensive than it actually is.

[I]t's a very nice phone, but just bear in mind that if you're gonna get one of these, you're gonna import one, that as I mentioned, that those things there with the Chinese ROM and things, you have to get around.

The Realme GT Master Explorer Edition isn’t a device without compromises, but it’s perfectly tailered for someone who’s looking for a gaming-centric smartphone that also offers a premium build and a fairly good main camera.

The Realme GT ME is one of the best smartphones in the sub-30K category. It might not offer the best of hardware, but the real-life performance will not disappoint you.
