- PetaPixel 6.5/10
The changes that the Camp Snap CS-Pro brings to the table not only make it a more capable camera, but also a far more enjoyable camera to use. This is the camera that is actually fun, and not as frustrating to play with.

[W]ith new features and improvements and a two-figure price, Camp Snap has delivered an enticing update to its winning formula.
-
The Camp Snap CS-Pro is still a cheap camera with retro vibes and no screen, but there's a new digital filter dial along with better resolution and less shutter lag. It's not going to compete with higher-priced cameras (or smartphones), but this is my new sub-$100 favorite.
-
Pick one up if you're looking to step away from smartphone photography or if your tween or teen is a budding Diane Arbus. The Camp Snap Pro is as good a camera as you'll find for the price [...]
-
The Camp Snap CS-Pro doesn't change much about the original screen-free digital point-and-shoot Camp Snap — if you didn't like that camera, you won't like this one.
-
When it comes to cheap, fun cameras, this one takes the cake. While I wouldn’t recommend this camera to someone looking to get into serious photography, the Camp Snap CS-Pro produces great quality 16MP pictures to help you capture all your memories.
-
I think most people who go out and have fun, who want to capture more vibe than megapixels, need need one of these.
-
Well, to put it bluntly, I think Camp Snap has honestly delivered again. This truly feels like an upgrade from the original, making it much more customizable yet intuitive and tactile and improving on image quality, which obviously is good.

If you buy this expecting to replace your flagship smartphone camera or shoot pristine architectural landscapes, you are going to have a very bad time. But if you want a cheap, charming antidote to screen addiction [...] it is an absolute blast.
