Turn a Rolling Toolbox Into a Padded Camera Gear Organizer

If you have both an unused rolling toolbox and an ever-growing camera gear collection that needs a better home, here’s an idea: you can convert one or more of the toolbox’s shelves into padded storage for your cameras, lenses, and accessories.

That’s what the folks over at the video hosting company Wistia did recently with a 7-drawer Husky toolbox. Here’s a short video on why and how they did it:

“Our goal was to get all of our camera gear organized in one place, so we Googled and Googled, but we couldn’t find a solution aside from a big Pelican case or a backpack,” Wistia writes.
