Production of Leica M9 CCD Sensors Discontinued

Leica no longer has access to the CCD image sensor inside the Leica M9 series of cameras. As a result "defective sensors cannot be replaced" moving forward, and you'll need to upgrade to an M10 or another CMOS-based Leica camera if this happens to you.

The Making of the Limited Edition Leica M9-P “Edition Hermès”

Having released three (count em') new cameras yesterday, you'd think Leica would be spent; but it looks like they had one other camera up their sleeves, a special edition of their M9-P called the "Edition Hermès."
