For his bachelor thesis project, titled "notwinstagram," German artist Daniel Reuber decided to flip Instagram fads on their head. Instead of creating picture-perfect Instagram shots that show (or fake) a wonderful life, Reuber decided to show what those same shots would look like for someone with a very sad life.

He recently came up with the idea of writing a generic and informational response that all professional photographers can respond with.

Agha wrote a piece in U.S. Camera magazine titled The Hippocratic Oath of a Photographer, which warns photographs not to pursue common photographic clichés that were saturating the industry. It's an interesting glimpse into what popular photo subjects were back in the day.
