This is How an Astronaut Sets Up for a Photo in Space
NASA Astronaut Anil Menon, who currently lives onboard the International Space Station, recently posted a behind-the-scenes video of how to set up for a shot in the cupola.
The cupola module is a seven-sided window perfect for epic photography of Earth and celestial objects. Menon reveals he uses a shroud for nighttime shots so that light pollution from inside the cupola doesn’t affect the photo.
