After a week with the iPhone Duo, I’m convinced that this form factor represents the future of the iPhone. There’s something special about a compact, notebook-like iPhone that unfolds into a tablet-like experience, and it just makes sense once you start using it.
The iPhone 18 Pro takes the foundation of the iPhone 17 Pro and pushes it even further. There is a massive leap in performance, the camera is more capable, the Dynamic Island is smaller, and battery life is even better.
I think many drone pilots will prefer to have a fully functioning smartphone or tablet as their control device for this reason. Still, the RC is a great “set it and forget it” tool, and it is priced right.
