Entries Now Open for ViewSonic’s 4th Annual ColorPro Awards
ViewSonic has just announced the launch of their 4th annual ColorPro Awards – a global Visual Arts competition aimed at showcasing the world’s finest artistic talents across photography and other rotating categories. Whether you’re an aspiring creative or seasoned professional, the competition is FREE to enter and the prizes are significant.

Theme
Every year, the competition is built around a specific theme. This year’s theme is ‘RISE’, and its dynamic definition is expected to yield a range of creative interpretations.
Whether you are:
- Pushing the boundaries and rising to new heights.
- Picking yourself back up to rise like a phoenix from the ashes of defeat.
- Rising up for a cause you believe in.
The possibilities are only limited by one’s own imagination.
A tip for contestants: ViewSonic has stressed that, as with previous years, the winners will be judged on not only their technical prowess, but also their creativity, originality, and how effectively everything ties back to the theme.
Format
Aside from Photography (the bread and butter of the ColorPro Awards), the other featured category for the year is Videography. With the growing dominance of video content across all major online platforms, ViewSonic hopes to attract filmmakers, as well as the rising number of ‘Hybrid Shooters’ within the creator-sphere.
Prizes
Per tradition, ViewSonic and their partners are offering a suite of professional tools as prizes to help artists take their creations to the next level. Furthermore, the Top 100 contestants will receive greater global recognition as they become eligible to have their work exhibited at the corresponding ColorPro Awards Exhibition which will take place in the UK and Vietnam at a later date.
For both categories, the 1st place prize consists of ViewSonic’s top of the line ColorPro VP2786-4K monitor paired with $5,000 USD in cash, professional color correction tools from Calibrite and Pantone, as well as a perpetual license for Capture One Pro and a Shoot The Frame Premium membership.
2nd place contestants will receive the stunning ColorPro VP2776 monitor, which shares many of the same features and design language as its older sibling, along with various goodies from the aforementioned partner organisations.
3rd place contestants will receive the recently released ColorPro VP16-OLED monitor – an innovative portable OLED display, designed specifically for creators on the move. Not only does it offer fantastic color-accuracy and convenient connectivity, its flexible array of standing and mounting options ensure that creation can happen anywhere. The partner organisations will also be providing a variation of their prizes for 3rd place as well.
The top 3 contestants for each category may also be granted a potential opportunity to collaborate with ColorPro in the future, as a ViewSonic Partner.
