Photographers and YouTubers Manny Ortiz, Irene Rudnyk and Gerald Undone recently teamed on on something totally ridiculous. During Sony's recent Kando trip, they got a model, slapped a 600mm f/4 lens onto a Sony a6400, and tried shooting some portraits at 900mm.
Like it or not, much of the conversation around image quality these days revolves around sensor size. When Sony announced the a7R IV, it boasted image quality that “rivaled medium format.” When people defend Micro Four Thirds, they show off their ultra-portable system and claim the images are “indistinguishable from full-frame.”
Sony's new a6400 is set to hit store shelves on February 28 in the US, but the camera is already available over in Thailand. But one photographer who just bought the camera found an unexpected issue: the top of the camera body states that it's an a6300.
