Photographer and YouTuber Jay P Morgan from The Slanted Lens has published this 6.5-minute video review of the Tamron 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3 telephoto zoom lens for Sony E-Mount. In summary, Morgan says that it "did all the things I really needed it to."
It seems Tamron is going to have a busy 2020. As part of its 2019 full-year financial report, the company has revealed that it has five total lenses planned for this year, three of which haven't been announced yet.
In addition to releasing three sort-of-macro wide-angle prime lenses for its FE lineup, Tamron today also announced the development of the highly-anticipated f/2.8 telephoto zoom lens for the Sony E-Mount: the 70-180mm f/2.8 Di III VXD.
