Travel Video Beautifully Captures One Photographer’s Trip Through Asia

Zacharie Turgeon is a photographer based in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. While he normally shoots with a digital camera, Turgeon decided at the last minute to take his Canon 35mm film SLR on a recent trip to Asia. It turned out to be the best decision he made.

These Photos Show How Steinway Makes Its Famous Grand Pianos

Founded in Manhattan in 1853, Steinway & Sons is widely considered to be one of the greatest piano makers in the world. Its grand pianos grace the world's grandest stages and are played by the best pianists.

‘Still Life’ Photos of Petrified Animals at Lake Natron

Lake Natron in Northern Tanzania is extremely high in soda and salt content. After animals die in the lake, their carcasses are preserved through calcification as they dry, resulting in petrified "mummies" of birds and bats.

Photographer Nick Brandt visited the lake and captured a series of photos that features these petrified animals. The series is aptly titled Petrified.
