I'll say this right up front: what you’re about to read is not a review of the Fujifilm X100T. That’s a good thing, because I’m a lousy camera reviewer. So if that’s what you’re looking for, stop reading right now and hightail it over to one of the many excellent camera review sites instead. You know the ones. The recent #occupycentral pro-democratic election protests in Hong Kong have been all over the news the past few days, and so, when it came time to review the new Fuji X100T, DigitalRev TV decided to take to the protest site.
The saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." But while the X100S certainly wasn't 'broke' -- it's one of the most beloved cameras currently on the market -- Fuji is delighting customers today by releasing the much-rumored X100T and making this phenomenal camera even better by adding some groundbreaking viewfinder tech and more.
The closer we get to Photokina the more excited we're becoming. Canon will supposedly unveil the 7D Mark II (among other things), Sigma supposedly has several lenses up its sleeve, we might see the next ZEISS Otus lens, and now, we're also hearing talk of a Fuji X100S successor making an appearance with some significant upgrades.
