Photographer Suren Manvelyan is back with more of the types of images that he's made his name capturing. Namely: intense macro photographs of the strange shapes and landscapes found in animals' eyes.
In 2011 we shared part one, in 2013 part two, and now we get to share part three: a fishy exploration into the eyes of animals that spend much or all of their time underwater... and an owlet.
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in the case of Suren Manvelyan's macro photography, it's just in the eye. After his extreme close-up photos of both human and animal eyes went viral one right after the other, Manvelyan decided to continue seeking out more beauty in the eyes of animals by releasing a part two to the amazing series we shared with you back in 2011.
After seeing his close-up photographs of human eyes become enormously popular last year, photographer Suren Manvelyan turned to a more difficult subject: animals. He somehow managed to create a series of photographs showing the stunning eyes of animals ranging from crocodiles to horses.
