Canon 5DS and 5DS R See Massive Closeout Discount

Perhaps lending credence to reports of an 80+ megapixel high-resolution RF-mount mirrorless coming in 2021, the Canon 5DS and 5DS R are on closeout. Normally $3,499, the 5DS is available for $1,299, which is a 63% discount. The 5DS R is also listed for closeout at $1,499, nearly 65% off.

When my company LensRentals first got the first Canon 5Ds and 5DSR cameras in stock, we immediately started screaming that we wanted to take one apart. It turns out we received enough 5Ds cameras to let us have a day with one to do just that. Of course, we don't expect to find out anything amazing and revealing.
