An Initiative for Gender Parity in Advertising Photography –Alreadymade

Photographer Jill Greenberg (whom we interviewed in 2015) has launched an online directory called Alreadymade, which aims to bring gender parity to advertising photography (in which less than 10% of photographers are women, the site says). There are currently 49 women photographers in the directory. To be considered for inclusion, a photographers need at least 3 ad campaigns under her belt and experience with project budgets of at least $125,000.
