“The Photographer Who Instagrammed His Father’s Death” –WIRED UK

Photographer Christopher Barr documented his father’s last days on Instagram and social media.

Knowing his father would die “was like a second loss for the both of us,” Barr says. As the news started to sink in, Benny said something that sparked an idea. “He told me he was going to show me how it should be done, how to die,” Barr says. “He said it was the last lesson a man can teach his son.”

Barr, a fine-art photographer by trade, felt compelled to document this last lesson with his camera.
