When Lomography teamed up with Threadless for a t-shirt design contest back in 2008, nearly 400 photography-related designs were submitted. This one by Sebastian Guadarrama Gomez, titled “Striped Bird”, was crowned as the winner. You can check out all the other submitted designs here — there’s a lot of awesome ones that we’d love to wear.

“Lonely Traveller” is a new photography-related t-shirt for sale over on Threadless. Basically, elephants have nature’s version of the XShot Camera Extender.

If you’ve ever browsed the t-shirts at Threadless, you know that the company features photography very prominently on their website. Each shirt page shows off not only the design, but a unique photo of a guy and a gal wearing that design — often in a location that reflects the artwork. Grover Sanschagrin of PhotoShelter recently paid a visit to Threadless and made this interesting behind-the-scenes video of how the photo department (AKA Sean Dorgan) there operates.

This “Sky Aperture” t-shirt is a nice way to sport some photography-related apparel without being too geeky. You can grab it now for $20 over on Threadless, though if you wait you might be able to grab it for $5 or $10 during a sale.

Threadless’ in-house graffiti artist Joe Suta creates 3 giant (48” x 36”) paintings for their Chicago store window each week, which are then sold through the Threadless website for $250 a pop. Panel 347 from the week of September 21 is the awesome camera shown above. It’s also available as a tee or hoodie, titled “I Can’t Draw“.
Who wouldn’t want this painting hanging up in their room?
