Leica X Vario Type 107: Leica M Mini Final Name and Specs Leaked?

Perhaps Leica isn’t spreading false rumors through a strange marketing campaign after all. Earlier this week, we wrote that Leica may have been leaking fake photos and specs of its upcoming Leica “M Mini” camera in order to make the real thing seem more attractive once it appears. That no longer appears to be the case.

Multiple sites are now reporting that those initial leaks and rumors were indeed true, and that the camera will officially be called the Leica X Vario Type 107.

Olympus E-P5 and E-PL6 See Additional Spec and Photo Leaks

Olympus has a major camera announcement day coming this Friday, but the cameras it’s planning to unveil–the E-P5 and E-PL6–have been almost fully revealed now. New leaks have revealed the full specs for the E-P5, photos of a fancy “premium” version of the E-P5, and product photos of the E-PL6 (shown above).

Google Glass Specs Outed: 5 Megapixel Camera and 720p Video

Google has officially announced the specs for its Glass wearable computer/camera. Of interest to readers of this blog is the fact that the camera will be able to capture decent photographs — at least resolution-wise. It’ll be a 5-megapixel camera that has WiFi capabilities. The camera will also be able to capture 720p video and audio.

Panasonic GF6 Official Press Photos and Specs Leaked One Day Early

Panasonic is expected to officially announce its new GF6 Micro Four Thirds camera tomorrow, but the camera has pretty much been outed already thanks to major leaks. Last week a review of the camera made a brief appearance on the Web, and today official press photos and specs were leaked as well.

New details of its upcoming GF6 Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera hit the Interwebs via separate sources, giving us a better idea of what should be expecting very shortly. A more complete list of specs has emerged for the rumored Canon 7D Mark II. The camera may be a miniature counterpart to the EOS-1D X, likely featuring a smaller body, less features (maybe), less weathersealing, and a lower price point than the 1D X.

Fujifilm X100s Has Its Photo and Specs Leaked, Looks Identical to the X100

Earlier today, we shared a couple of leaked photographs of the soon-to-arrive Fujifilm X20, which replaces the X10 but looks virtually identical in appearance (except for the fact that it comes in silver in addition to black).

Not to be outdone, the X100s has gotten itself leaked as well. Photos and specs for that camera have emerged, and reveal that, like the X20, the camera is nearly identical in form to its predecessor.
