The Opera Web browser is trying to woo some users away from Google's Chrome, Apple's Safari, and Mozilla's Firefox with an interesting new feature: built-in access to your Instagram account, right from the browser's sidebar.
Mikko Lagerstedt is a self-taught photographer based-in Finland who only started shooting back in December 2008. Since then, he has captured a number of hauntingly beautiful landscape photographs showing both stars and self-portrait silhouettes hovering over the horizon line. His latest project is simply titled "Edge", and features "atmospheric photography" of the Finnish landscape.
For his project Life on the Edge, Detroit-based photographer Dennis Maitland seeks out high locations for vertigo-inducing shots of his feet dangling off the edges. Rather than use a remote shutter release, he captures all his photographs by hand. Once an acrophobe, Maitland now craves the adrenaline that comes from doing his photography.
