Be Right Back After a Brief Pause To Our Coverage of Photokina 2012

If you’re wondering why PetaPixel’s coverage of Photokina 2012 — the largest photo trade show in the world — has been so slow, here’s the explanation: it isn’t intentional. Getting access to the Internet over here hasn’t been as easy as I would have hoped — the Wi-Fi at the hotel I’m at has been down for two days (I hear the same is true for other hotels as well), and there isn’t free public Wi-Fi at Photokina.

While I did have a connection at a private press area, it wasn’t until today that I had access to both Wi-Fi and an outlet at the same time. Needless to say, it was a perfect storm that greatly hindered the amount of “live” coverage I’ve been able to provide.

Don’t worry though: I have a lot more content and interesting stuff to share once PetaPixel returns to the US in about a day and a half. Until then, please enjoy this view of the main entrance to Photokina while I make the long journey home! Ta ta for now.

P.S. You might see another post or two after this one if the hotel has the Wi-Fi up and running. I’m crossing my fingers.
