    Note the gender dimorphism in the Canon ads. Men are supposed to objectify women with their pro cameras, women are supposed to objectify themselves with their consumer cameras. How ridiculous.

    In most of the ads, men use the SLRs and the P&S are used by women, and for some reason dogs seem to prefer Konica.  Check out the “celebrity” endorsements by Candice Bergen for Minolta and Latoya Jackson for Nikon
