Flickr user Rachel Carrier captured this photo of her awesome Polaroid tattoo on Polaroid 690 film. It’s one of the coolest photo tattoos I’ve seen.

O M G. Is this what it’s come to, Petapixel? Is this actually post worthy?
So the man that runs the site decided to post a photo that he found, enjoyed, and thought we would too. I fail to see the issue.
Nice find Michael.
Lighten up, Francis. I mean….Daniel.
What I get from this is that Rachel woke up one morning and said to herself, “Self, what can I do today to enhance my unattractiveness for the rest of my life?”
Was this post laced with hateraid?
Why can’t people express their negative opinions? Get over it people.
Ugly tattoo, and generally, a non-story.
It’s laced with sarcasm.
Which is far better than hatred.
Quote of the day, “Most tattoos are shallow and meaningless. So are most people.” I found this in the XKCD forums.
Also, on the subject of tattoos, it’s a truly meaningful tattoo: http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/tattoo.png
Drink deep, my lamentable schmoo.
Here’s a tip that you might find helpful (it works for WordPress blogs in general):
If you go to any category page (http://www.petapixel.com/archives/) and then add “/feed” to the end, you’ll get an RSS feed for just that category page. You can also choose to exclude certain categories that don’t interest you as well: http://jaypeeonline.net/tips-tricks/exclude-categories-from-rss-feeds/
A tattoo is a marking made by inserting indelible ink into the dermis layer of the skin to change the pigment. Tattoos on humans are a type of decorative body modification, while tattoos on animals are most commonly used for identification purposes. Today’s younger generation is interested in a new form of expression: Tattoos and body piercing. Instead of a new hair cut or color, or maybe even a new pair of shoes or a new shirt, younger people like to get a new tattoo or a new piercing.
haters gonna HATE
Hey, I think I seen that before!
Hm… could be a nice ad campaign: you get a tattoo of a device from your fave brand and the company pays you with a copy of that device.
Hey Leica, can you hear me? :)
You’d get a Leica tattoo in exchange for a camera? ;)
Why not take it one step further and embed a Leica dot into your forearm?
Well, a M9 w/ a 50mm Nocitilux isn’t that huge. Think about a 1Ds Mark III with one of those big whites (e.g. the EF600). :D
This isn’t mzhang’s flickr favorite stream. People don’t follow this to see his favorite photos, we follow it to find edifying photography information. This hardly qualifies as that.
bookmarked this because I found it interesting. I would be very interested to
hear more news on this. Thanks!
