    I’m not sure if what I’m saying is correct, but It’s impossible to have that amount of detail in a single shot picture. Those are gigapans created with a lot of “zoomed” images. No matter how many GP you have that won’t replace the optical zoom.

    Awesome! But before we see 2.3 GP sensors probably someone will have to invent the lens that is capable of this optical resolution.
