F-Stop Watch for Photo Geeks Tells Time in Aperture Values

This watch has a maximum aperture of f/2. Wait… What? That’s right, this novelty watch for uber photo geeks by The Unemployed Philosophers Guild has f-stop numbers on its face instead of the 12 hours used by normal people. If you’re ready to geek-out your wrist, it’s available in their online shop for $36.

I wonder how good the quality of this watch is!

Too bad it’s missing the 1 and 1.4 apertures. They should have added at least half-stop tick marks too.

    Just got one!

50mm is an awfully big filter size for a watch (or an awfully small one for an f/2 lens)

Too bad the aperture there is a graphic would been cool to see that open en close for showing aperture sizes. But too bad missing f1.4 and f3.5

Yes I would have like to have seen f/1.2 or 1.4. Not sure why they made a relatively “slow” watch at f/2

Just received mine and I can tell you that it’s a very cheap watch. Definitely paying for the idea, not necessarily a bad thing, but with S/H, it comes to almost $45 for a $5 watch.

Ouch!! Thanks for the heads up!!!
